ALL Coaches, Managers, Umpires, Plant Sale Volunteers, Etc.  MUST fill out a new Volunteer Application every year.  Applications MUST be filled out completely.  This is to ensure the Safety of ALL the Boys and Girls involved in our Little League program.  Applications can be mailed to:  FFWLL PO Box 51 Fairfax, VT 05454
