The FCA Basketball Program consists of elite athletes from around the Puget Sound area, who are looking to not only play in Spring and Summer tournaments, but also develop their individual talent.  This is not just another select basketball program.  Through the guidance of Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), it is our mission to encourage youth in the following four areas:

1.  Character and Spiritual Development

2.  Leadership and Academic Development

3.  Athletic Performance Enhancement

4.  Community Service

Our FCA coaching staff will strive to help each athlete develop life skills and character traits necessary to be women of influence.  Through devotional material, guest speakers, quality coaching, community outreach, and spiritual mentorship, this program will provide athletes with many opportunities to grow in these areas of focus.

Moreover, the FCA Basketball program will consist of quality instruction, leadership training, and team building activities.  Each player will not only compete at a high level, but will also develop skills necessary to perform and hopefully excel at the varsity and collegiate level.  The FCA Basketball program will also emphasize the importance of academic achievement as well as walk each athlete through the recruiting process.  Academics will be a high priority for each athlete so that they may be able to reach their goal to play at the collegiate level, thus our program will encourage all athletes to seek excellence in the classroom as well as on the court.

Finally, it is important to point out that the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Basketball Program is a non-denominational athletic ministry that does not restrict participation only to Christian athletes, but welcomes athletes from all backgrounds to be a part of a special group of individuals who seek to not only impact the basketball community but the world at large.
