Jetscape

Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Jetscape was founded in 2000 as an aircraft lessor and provider of management, remarketing and consulting services. Recognizing that the aircraft market had peaked at that time, we focused on our services business, assisting our clients through the fallout from attacks of September 11, 2001. In 2002, we acquired International Aircraft Investors, a NASDAQ listed aircraft lessor with a portfolio of 14 commercial jet aircraft. The portfolio consisted of a fleet of Boeing B727-200, B737-300, B737-400, B757-200 and Airbus A320-200 aircraft. During the worst downturn in aviation history, we were able to recapitalize the fleet and restructure the fleet to fit within our portfolio management philosophy. In addition, we consolidated both companies' management teams. The results were increased returns for both our debt and equity holders. We have continued growing our business, focusing on selective acquisitions and sales of aircraft within our own portfolio and providing management, remarketing and consulting services to a select group of aviation clients worldwide.
