Fond du Lac Club Fusion Volleyball 2008-2009 Season.

Membership Fees, Withdrawals, Refunds and Absence Policy
Your membership fee for the upcoming season will be $550. Any player missing no more than 4 of team practices through the course of the season and each family is required to work 5 hours at a tournament receive a $50 - $100.00 (based ontournament proceeds) refund.  Refunds will be mailed out at the end of the season. 

You will receive a complete schedule of your team's practices and tournaments by mid-December. All teams are guaranteed a minimum of 28 practices and 6 tounaments.

Try-outs will begin November 15 & 16 and will be completed by November 23. Rosters for all teams will be set by November 26. Those not offered a roster spot will be refunded $175 from their first payment. Any player offered a roster spot who then elects to withdraw will receive a refund according to the schedule shown below. Arrangements for withdrawal/refund must be made through and approved by Julie Riese. The schedule for withdrawing is:

Some of the younger teams may only practice once per week. They would then be guaranteed a minimum of 15 practices and 4 tournaments. Their membership fee will be $310.00 and their refund $40. They may have up to two absences from practice to qualify for that refund. Their first payment will be
$310.00, and their final installment $110.

Payment Schedule
1st installment of $200 is due at your first tryout. Final installment of $350(or $110) is due December 30, 2008. Make check payable to:
