Registrars Information for Tournament Teams

This form is required to be completed and turned in to the FCYSL Registrar in order to get a roster for tournament play.

Roster requests for In-State Tournaments must be submitted no less than 15 days prior to the Tournament Event Start Date.

Out-of-State Tournaments require that the roster request form be submitted no less than 45 days prior to the Tournament Event Start Date.

FCYSL Policy requires that ALL TOURNAMENTS will require an Application to Travel form(available at www.nmysa.net).

Official Rules of Play for the 2007 Socctoberfest Tournament, hosted by the Four Corners Youth Soccer League.

All coaches, parents and players should be aware of these rules if participating in the Socctoberfest Tournament.

Also included are Tournament Roster Request Forms, and the FCYSL Application to Play (for all non-FCYSL teams wishing to be placed in our regular season schedules).   • Game Schedules - Game Schedules for the FCYSL current season. All schedules are listed by team playing division, with schedules for each individual team. Check the appropriate age division, and then open the schedules. Locate the team whose schedule you wish to print, highlight the schedule, and right click on the highlighted selection. Chose print, and in the print window, chose the print selection option, and then click on OK.
  • Administrative Handouts - Handouts for Administrators, including game schedules by division, and Referee Assignors Worksheet.
