SIGN UP DETAILS and FACTS
Our 2012 Football & Cheer Season is getting underway!
Sign-Up Dates & Information
Dates:
Saturday May 19th 10:00am – 2:00pm
Friday June 22nd 6:00pm – 9:00pm
Saturday June 23rd 10:00am – 2:00pm
Sign Up Location: JC Room at Soto Sports Complex in Arroyo Grande
Fees: $250.00
A $100.00 deposit per child is due at time of Sign-Up. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will accept payment plans after $100.00 deposit has been made. ALL monies owed including Cash Calendars will need to be paid & ALL paperwork needs to be turned in by July 30, 2012 before child can take the field.
*Late Sign Ups (After June 23rd) $300.00
What to Bring to sign ups:
1. COPY of Birth Certificate
2. COPY of Report Card (or school ID that has Childs name and what grade the child is in)
3. (2) Photos of the child*PLEASE, only bring copies of these documents. We have to keep a copy in the players folder. Originals will NOT be accepted *A sign up number WILL NOT be issued unless all paperwork is turned in. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Fee’s Include: Jersey (child keeps), Basic Picture Package, Insurance, Trophy, Spirit Pack, Rental of; Helmet, Chin Strap, Shoulder Pads, Game Pants, Web Belt & Set of Pant Pads.
**Note: Sign-Up’s are first come in Application order. You receive an application number when all paperwork is turned in and complete. There are no tryouts. Information on upcoming dates & times will be passed out at sign-up.
IMPORTANT FACTS:
All Monies owed and All Paperwork MUST be in by July 30th. We SHALL NOT assign Equipment or allow the child onto the Field unless these important matters are taken care of. RETURN CHECK FEE is $25
REFUND INFORMATION:
- July 30 – Aug 5 - Refunds less Ins.
- Aug. 6 - 19 - Refunds less Jersey & Ins.
- No Refunds Shall be given after Aug. 19th. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please Note; if gear has been issued, Refund will not be issued until all gear has been turned in.

If you have any questions, concerns, or complaints about coaches, parents, PLEASE call one of the Board members listed in the BOARD section.
When calling with complaints, please remember the Board will never know anything unless it is brought to our attention. Also keep in mind if there is no written documentation we can’t go any further with the complaint. Any parent of FCYFL may request to address the Board at a Board Meeting after they have submitted (in writing) a letter stating the nature of their agenda.
