We need volunteers from your teams to help us run the games, sell the tickets, provide the baked goods, and help out in the snack bar.

We have multiple volunteer shifts; mostly of two hour increments. But we are flexible and need all the help we can get. Shifts include: 10:00 -12:30, 11:30-1:30pm, 1:30pm- 3:30pm, and 3:00pm-5:00pm

One thing that is crucial is the need for baked goods for the Cake Walk. The Cake Walk is always popular, but we need cakes, brownies or other baked goods as prizes. There is no special delivery time. Items can be delivered throughout the day on Saturday to the Cake Walk area. Cakes, cookies, brownies or any baked good is great.
Please email any questions or any volunteer information to shannon@dcaccess.net.
Donate Your Baseball Equipment and/or Uniforms
We will have a table at the FCKLL Fun Fair to collect donations of your “gently used” baseball equipment and uniforms to send to Little League International’s Pitch In For Baseball. Pitch In For Baseball was created in 2005 to help bring baseball to underserved communities around the world. Items that can be donated include gloves, catcher’s equipment, aluminum baseball bats, batting helmets, baseballs, rubber baseball cleats, and clean uniforms (shirts, pants, socks and hats). [Note that any shirts or hats that have Falls Church lettering/initials on them must be donated as a team set of 12, but any such shirts/hats that do not complete a team set will be donated to a local charity “Gifts for the Homeless.”] Pitch In For Baseball is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and all donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. [Donations to Gifts for the Homeless are also tax-deductible].
