Take I 81 to exit 194, Clarks Summit(or the NE extension of the turnpike to the end at Clarks Summit). It is a long exit, follow the signs for Clarks Summit and Rt 11 North. As you come to the end of the exit towards the light, stay with the Clarks Summit sign on the left so you will merge into Rt 11 north. Counting the light at the end of the ramp, go to the 8th light and turn left onto Winola Road. Pass the State Hospital (about 1 mile). Just past the Hospital bear left at the Y onto Newton-Ransonm Boulevard. Rec Center is 3 miles on right at an old school.

NOTE...this is not the field where the high school plays games, that is at Clarks Summit Elem. This
is the practice field at the high school.
Back Mountain Outlet Rd
Cross-Valley Expressway (Rt.309N) into Dallas. Bear left at Friendly's onto Route 415.
Follow Route 415 to the beginning of PA Route 118. Take a left onto 118 and go two miles to
abandoned Sunoco Station on your left; take a right onto Outlet Road; field is 1/4 mile on
right. or see the 'maps' link on www.bmysa.org.

CLARKS SUMMIT ELEMENTARY SOCCER FIELD
Take Route 11 North (from Clarks Summit exit of I-81, Clarks Summit exit of Turnpike or from North Scranton Expressway).
Proceed past the hotels, fast food joints, Blockbuster, etc. After passing Wendy's and Blockbuster move into left lane.
At the light at the top of the hill, turn left onto Grove Street.
School is about a half mile up Grove Street on the left.
Go around the right side of the school to the back parking lot and soccer field.

Directions: Take the Mountaintop exit off of 81 and continue up the Mountain. Once you reach
the top of the Mountain you will go through three lights. You will pass McDonlads and the
Crestwood Industrial Park. After you pass McDonalds the school will be about a 1/4 mile on
your RHS. The grass field is on the RHS of the school down the hill (On the side of the
Middle School). If you are playing on the turf field (the football field), this is directly
behind the High School.

second red light, intersection with Route 11 (Wendy's will be on your

Danville Water Treatment Plant will be on your right followed by the Soccer Park on your right side.

Gravel Hill Road takes you into Palmyra, street name changes from Gravel Hill Road to Railroad Street in Palmyra limits. Turn left onto Rte.422 E and go two traffic lights to Forge Road (Rte. 117). From Interstate 81, Exit toward Highland Park Boulevard (Exit #168)
At the end of the exit ramp, turn left at the traffic light onto Highland Park Boulevard. Go 0.6 mile on Highland Park Boulevard to the third traffic light. Continue straight at the light. You are now on Coal Street. Continue on Coal Street for 0.8 mile to dead end. At the end of Coal Street, turn left at the light onto Wilkes Barre Boulevard. Go one block (0.1 mile) to the first light. Turn right onto Market Street. Go three lights to the "downtown square." Turn right into the traffic circle, proceed half way around the square and turn right again to continue on Market Street. Go two lights, then continue straight across the Market Street Bridge (over the Susquehanna River). After the bridge, go straight, past the first traffic light; then make the first left turn after the light, into Kirby Park. Proceed to the stop sign. Parking is on your left, and the fields are just beyond the parking lot. If lot is filled, turn right at the stop sign, go 0.1 mile and turn left into the Wilkes University parking lot, just before the yellow railroad overpass bearing the name of the university.

I-81 North to Exit47B (Wilkes-Barre). Get on Cross Valley Expressway and follow to Exit 4
(Kingston/Forty-Fort. Get off at exit 4 and bear right at end of ramp.Make a right at the end
of the stop sign. The road will split just after getting off of the ramp, you want to stay to
the right to go straight toward Forty-Fort. At the stop sign turn left on to River Street. At
the T-intersection with Wyoming Avenue (Route 11)turn right. Go through 3 traffic lights.
After passing through the 3rd traffic light you will see the Pennsylvania State Police
Northeast Training Center on your right and the Forty-Fort Airportjust beyond it. Turn right
in to the driveway just past the training center and before the airport (It is exactly 1.1
miles from the turn on Wyoming Avenue to this turn). Follow the road straight back and you
will see a soccer field on your left. This field is the "Cabbage Patch" field. Ehen you reach
the road that runs parallel to the dikes turn right. The fields are on the right side of the
road.

From Interstate 81, Dorrance Exit #155 (old exit #42)
Follow Blue Ridge Trail west for 1.6 miles. Blue Ridge Trail makes a sharp right turn where a smaller rural road goes straight. Bear right to stay on Blue Ridge Trail, go another 1.8 miles. Bear right again at the triangular intersection and go another 0.6 miles to the parking area (on your left). Parking is immediately past and behind the Dorrance Township Municipal Building which is also on your left. Please DO NOT park in the paved lot in front of the Municipal building. Cars parked there may be ticketed or towed. Also as a courtesy to St. Mary's church, please do not park along the cemetary side of the road.

(You will stay on 209 until the sixth light, first light-Chestnuthill Diner on right, second light-WaWa on right, third light-Citizens Bank on right and intersection of 209 and 115-bear left and stay on 209, fourth light-Mr. Zs on left, fifth light-Turkey Hill on right and sixth light-Burger Hollow Road, turn right here). Make a right at the sixth light onto Burger Hollow Road. Make the next left onto Polk Township Road. Pleasant Valley Elementary School will be on your left about 1/4 mile.

Body Zone Sports and Wellness Complex is conveniently located just off of Route 222, north of the city of Reading. Visitors should exit Route 222 at Spring Ridge Drive and turn right at the first traffic light. Youre now on Paper Mill Road and our entrance is on your right just past the Turkey Hill Market. From Pottsville: Take Rt. 61 S to 222 S. Follow 222 S to the Spring Ridge Drive exit. Take this exit and turn right off the ramp. The Body Zone entrance is just ahead on your right.
From Philadelphia: Take I-76 W (PA Turnpike) to the Morgantown exit. Take this exit and follow signs to I-176 N. Take I-176 N to 422 W (use left lane exit for Reading). Stay on 422 W past the Penn Avenue exits. Do not turn off this main road; 422 W becomes 222 N. Stay on 222 N to the Spring Ridge Drive exit. Exit here and turn left at the stop sign. Proceed to the traffic light in front of you and turn right onto Paper Mill Road. The Body Zone entrance is just ahead on your right.

From Allentown: From Rt. 78 W take the exit for 100 S. Take 100 S until it meets up with 222 S. Take 222 S toward Reading until you see the Spring Ridge Drive exit (just after the exit for Rt. 183). Take the Spring Ridge Drive exit, and turn right off the ramp. The Body Zone entrance is just ahead on your right.
From Exton: Take the Pottstown Pike to I-76 W (PA Turnpike). Follow the turnpike to the Morgantown exit. Take the Morgantown exit and follow signs to I-176 N. Continue on I-176 N to 422 W (use left lane exit for Reading). Stay on 422 W past the Penn Avenue exits. Do not turn off this main road; 422 W becomes 222 N. From Harrisburg: Take Rt. 78 E until you reach Rt. 183. Merge onto Rt. 183 S. Follow 183 S to 222 S. Take 222 S for a short distance to the Spring Ridge Drive exit. Take this exit and turn right at the stop sign at the end of the ramp and right again at the traffic light. The Body Zone entrance is just ahead on your right.
From Harrisburg (I-76 W.): Take I-76 W. towards Morgantown/Reading. Exit at Morgantown and travel I-176 N. Merge on 422 W. towards Reading. 422 W. becomes 222 N. Continue on 222 N. to Spring Ridge Drive Exit. Get off on this exit and turn left at the stop sign. At first traffic light make a right on to Paper Mill Rd. Body Zone entrance is on the right.

FROM PA TURNPIKE:
Take PA Turnpike to Exit 326 (Valley Forge).
Proceed to Exit 328A which is 422 West towards Pottstown.
Bear right on the Exit ramp following signs for 422 West.
Stay on 422 for less than 5 miles and get off at the Oaks exit.
Make a left at the traffic light at the bottom of the ramp (Egypt Road).
At the fourth traffic light, make a left onto Brower Avenue.
Follow Brower Avenue past the first stop sign and look for a sign for Pennco Products on left.
Make a left into driveway and proceed over railroad tracks into parking lot.

Tunkhannock Shoe Factory field
From Dallas area, take Rt. 29 North to Tunkhannock. After you pass over the Susquehanna River Bridge, go straight
through the first set of traffic light, staying on Rt. 29 North. Turn left at the next set of traffic lights, on Business Rt. 6 west in the center of Tunkhannock. Go 0.7 miles, and you will pass a Texaco station, Geisinger medical offices and Pilgrim Holiness Church on your left. Turn left on West St. right after the church. (If you reach McDonalds, you missed the turn). At the stop sign, go straight to the old shoe factory field, now Eastern Penn Supply Co. (EPSCO) The field is on the right: park on either side of the building.
From areas west of Tunkhannock, stay on business Rt. 6 East (do not take the by pass) into the center of Tunkhannock. Go past McDonalds on your right 0.1 miles and turn right on West St. Follow the above directions to the field.

first field on the right (about 1/2 mile from the light) and the State Hospital field is just
past it on the right.

I-81 South to exit # 159 (Nuangola exit). Turn left at the stop sing. Turn rigth at next stop sing (Church Road) .Go 2 milesand turn lefton St Mary's. Go 2.2 milesand turn left at the first stop sing.Go150 yards and turn riht into Dorrance field parking lot.

I-81 North to Exit 47B (Wilkes-Barre). You will then be on the Cross Valley Expressway. Follow
the expressway to the end. When you pass a Mcdonalds, Burger King, and Orloski's, you will se
the Dallas Shopping Center where the road splits into a Y. There is a Friendly's in the center
of the Y. Bear right at the y to stay on Route 309 (left goes to 415). Go to the first
traffic light after you pass Friendly's. Turn right at the light. Immediately after you turn
right, you will come to another y. You will make a hard right to bear to the right of the y.
you will see the Dallas School Complex ahead of you. Make the first right turn on to
Conyngham Road. You will then see the fields

WRIGHT TWP PARK
Take the Mountaintop exit off of Rt.81 and continue up the mountain, Once reach the
top of the mountain you will go through three lights. you will pass McDonalds and
the Crestwood Industrial Park. After you pass Crestwood High School go about 1/4
mile, Wright Twp. Park will be on your Right Hand Side. Make right into park, go approx. 50'
and make the first left into the parking lot. Parking for the field is on the left. The field
is behind the Township building. Only handicapped parking is allowed next to the field.
