Our 12UA All-Star team had the ultimate baseball experience of a lifetime, they went to Cooperstown World Series Baseball, in upstate New York. They had a great time and played some great baseball.
The fields at Cooperstown All-Star Village feature the kind of turf and lighting that you’ll find in Major League stadiums.There are eight fields, each with a slightly different character including two that challenge players to beat the Green Monster.

2011 Badges, Get them Now!
The City of Jacksonville and FCAA requires ALL Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and team parents to have a COJ Volunteer Badge each year. If you plan on coaching, being assistant coach and/or anticipate helping on the field during practice, in the dugout or on the field during the season you must have a 2011 COJ Badge. Contact the COJ Parks and Recreation Department to schedule an appointment to apply for a badge. Once you receive your badge it must be worn at all times when interacting with players.

Equipment Needed for each league
Players are not required to have their own helmet or bat as each team is provided an equipment bag with these items.
Equipment REQUIRED during ALL practices and games
T-Ball - Glove and helmet is required. Baseball cleats are recommended. Optional items are a helmet with a face guard and protective cup.
Rookies - Glove, helmet with a face guard, baseball cleats, and protective Cup (required at all practices and games).
Minors - Glove, helmet with a face guard, baseball cleats, and protective cup (required at all practices and games).
Majors - Glove, helmet, baseball cleats, and protective cup (required at all practices and games).
Junior - Glove, helmet, baseball cleats, (metal ok), and protective cup (required at all practices and games).
Equipment NOT Allowed during practices and games (Babe Ruth & Cal Ripken rules) jewerly of any kind - i.e. ear rings, necklaces, bracelets, and watches
