Field Closures???? Look here....
Anytime you are curious about practice or games canceled due to weather,
you can go to www.fauquiersoccer.com and there is a field status alert
on the right side. Sunday we play on the turf field at Highland. We will play
rain or shine. Turf games are only canceled during lightening.

Scrips Gift Card Fundraiser Fall Forms
Team:
We will start our fall gift card ordering on August 11th. Turn in orders then
and the gift cards will be handed out during the tournament (Aug15-16). Please
see me if you need a detailed explanation of this program. This is a GREAT way of
lowering your fees to the team without selling anything. Any profits your family makes will
go directly to your account.
I have attached the two forms needed to order: 1. Listing of retailers and the % you will
earn back for ordering and 2. An order form to complete and turn in. Please
save these forms for future use. We will also have a link on our website.
If you don't see a retailer on there, please ask me
or look on the website, www.glscrip.com.
We will try to do 1 - 2 orders a month, depending on your responses. We have
to have a minimum amount to cover shipping. Remember school shopping is around
the corner, purchase gift cards for all of your expenses and SAVE $$$$$$! It is great
for that college student.

Super Y League Info
Here is some information if you are interested in the summer Super Y league..........
I wanted to pass along some information that may interest some of your players. The Fever's coach Gerry Austin, is also the coach of the Super Y U15 & U16 girls teams in Fredericksburg. They are always looking for quality players to play throughout the summer. I offered to pass the information along to you. Maybe some of your girls would like to take advantage of this opportunity. Tryouts are being held at the Fredericksburg Academy in Fredericksburg, on Saturday afternoon. If you would like more information, please give Gerry a call or email him. You can also go to www.fcfred.com and read about their Super Y program.

Hello Team and Happy New Year!!
The team has to pay WAGS fees in two weeks and we have to pay
our indoor facility asap, but we currently do not have enough money.
I need everyone to bring their account down to $100.00 by Feb. 1. Please
make some sort of payment asap, so I can cover our expenses.
Everyone was charged $100.00 to their account for the winter league.
That was not in our budget. I will email everyone's individual accounts and
balances to them.

I got several questions yesterday about our standings. Here is
where we stand. We have one game left. We have a chance of taking
second ONLY IF we win and Vista loses. No chance of first.
Even if we place third, the girls should be proud of their work.
We played several good teams this season.
This Sunday I will have a paper for everyone to vote on what we
want we want to do next season. If someone

Per Sandi..."At tryouts, I will need each parent to fill out anew tryout form. Please come to the field and fill this out. Also, I will need a $150.00 deposit from each player. This will beheld until the team is announced and all players accept. This will pay for our WAGS & VYSA fees."

During Spring middle school soccer season, Coach Ed has decided to only have XPlosion practice 1X per week so as not to overwhelm/overwork the girls. Once school soccer ends, an updated scheduled will be added to the Calendar.

Indoor Soccer Begins on Jan. 20th

Indoor soccer begins this Sunday, Jan 20th. The team has been broken down into two groups...Stars Team and Stripes Team. All game times have been posted on the website Calendar by Team name. Please remember to arrive 20-30 minutes early to warm-up. If you cannot make any of the games, contact Sandi asap.
The indoor Finals will be played on March 15th.
