JOIN US  FOR EASY RUNS ON TUESDAY NITES 6:30PM on the Greenway Bike Path, in front of the red caboose 

 *EASY RUNS OF 2/3/5 MILES...(YOU decide your distance and pace) we stretch and w/up together and then start out at our own paces...no pressure workouts!
