We will come to your practice location and run team defensive drills and positional drills. We will also share with you many of the defensive strategies and philosophies that we instilled with our team. - Throwing Instruction
- Take your defensive game to the next level! Work with Coach Steph to improve throwing mechanics, velocity, spin, accuracy and every aspect of throwing a softball. We have seen many players over the years that simply could not throw with any velocity or accuracy. It is our believe that learning to throw correctly has became a lost art in our sport. Stephanie has worked with many players from our team in the past and has taken on some new students recently and they have already seen a dramatic improvement in their ability to make consistent, accurate, powerful throws. --We will be adding a handout for Throwing Instruction real soon with additional details! --
