White Sox Training Academy hosting Softball Prospect Camp
This is your opportunity to showcase your fast pitch skills in front of college coaches across the Midwest! All players will be tested for leg speed, bat speed and arm speed. Each coach will receive a “Prospect” handbook that will include a player profile for each participant. On Sunday, prospects will showcase their talents by position for a host of college coaches from Division I, II, III, NAIA and NJCAA schools.

This is not your ordinary exposure camp! We run players through a series of position specific drills, along with taking a full (60ft.) infield, so that you can showcase the following skills:
Arm Strength and Accuracy, Agility and Leg Speed, Lateral Movement, Glove Work, Foot Work, Communication, Peer Interaction, Concentration

On the day of the showcase each player will work with a college coach for one hour of skill work:

Northern Illinois University, Megan Ciolli

November 18    Wed    6-7pm          Outfielders Only
November 18    Wed    7-8:30pm      Infielders Only
November 18    Wed    8:30 – 10pm Pitchers and Catchers Only

November 21    Sat       9:00am – 2:00am    College Coaches Present
