“For those who wish to take their game to the next level”

Girls Ages 8 to 16
July 14-17, 2008

Experienced coaching staff will train you on the following:
ALL SKILLS: Designed for all ages. Skills to be covered include basic fundamentals of hitting, fielding, throwing, and base-running. Groups will be divided by skill level. CLASS A: Designed for “A” level athletes ages 10 and up. Advanced skills to be covered include slapping, bunting, diving, situational hitting and base-running, crow hops, double plays, relays, throwing on the run, etc.
ADVANCED HITTING: Divided into “B” for all ages, and “Gold” for Elite travel players. “Gold” athletes will be facing pitching at 50-62 mph. Skills to be covered include bunt for a hit, power hitting, situational hitting, slap-hitting (from both sides), reading pitchers, etc.
PITCHING: Designed for all ages. Instructors will cover basic mechanics, speed, change-ups, and movement pitches.
CATCHING: Designed for all ages. Skills to be covered include blocking, framing, pop-ups, bunts, throw downs, and pick-offs.
