12U pitcher needed immediately, low player fee's

We are desperately in need of a starting pitcher. All of our coaches are currently coaching high school ball. Head Coach does not have a daughter on our team and is a Varsity Head Coach, no daddy ball. We feel that we are one good pitcher away from playing deep into Sunday at every tourney that we have entered. Our team is based out of Markle, IN. But have girls that play for us as far away as Evansville and all the way from the Michigan border. We play this weekend at Warsaw. And the rest of our schedule consists of Warsaw again in June, Columbus IN, Fishers IN, Columbus OH, back at Logansport and finishing with nationals at East Peoria IL.
