Getting to Sponaugle-Williamson Field From...
From Baltimore/Washington and South
From Baltimore Beltway (Rt. 695), exit onto Rt. 83 north. Follow Rt. 83 north to York, PA. Take exit 19A (462 east, Market Street). Cross over Rt. 462 as you proceed through two lights and come to your third at Rt. 30. Turn right on to Rt. 30 east to Lancaster (approximately 20 miles.) Take the exit for Harrisburg Pike. Turn right at the light at the top of the exit ramp and proceed toward Lancaster City. Franklin & Marshall is about 1.5 miles and several traffic lights ahead on your right.
From Delaware
Follow Rt. 41 north from Hockessin, DE to Rt. 30 junction in Gap, PA. Turn left at the light at the 41/30 junction onto Rt. 30 west toward Lancaster. Follow Rt. 30 west for approximately 20 minutes. You will pass the shopping outlets and continue to follow 30 west until it becomes a 2 lane highway. For a tour of downtown Lancaster: Look for Rt. 23 west (Walnut Street) exit. Continue west on Walnut Street for approximately 2.5 miles/12 traffic lights to the intersection of West Walnut and College Avenue. Turn right onto College Avenue and proceed for approximately 0.25 mile. The main campus will be on your left. For a more direct approach: Continue to follow signs for Rt. 30 west (York). Pass Oregon, Lititz and Fruitville Pikes. Just beyond Fruitville Pike, exit to continue on 30 west (York). Take first exit for Harrisburg Pike (The Park City Mall will be on right). At the top of the exit ramp, turn left onto Harrisburg Pike. Proceed 1.5 miles through several traffic lights until you reach the overhead pedestrian bridge connecting College Square to the main campus of Franklin & Marshall on your right.
From Harrisburg and Central Pennsylvania
From north of Harrisburg, take Rt. 15 south to Rt. 322 east. Cross the Susquehanna River and follow to Rts. 81 north/322 east. From Rts. 81 north/322 east, take Rt. 83 south to Rt. 283 south. From Rt. 283 south, exit onto Rt. 283 east (to Lancaster). Take Rt. 283 east to Rt. 30 west towards York. Take the first exit for Harrisburg Pike (The Park City Mall will be on right). At the top of the exit ramp, turn left onto Harrisburg Pike. Proceed 1.5 miles through several traffic lights until you reach the overhead pedestrian bridge connecting College Square to the main campus of Franklin & Marshall on your right.
From Northeastern Pennsylvania/Upstate New York
Follow Rt. 81 south and take exit 90 (Rt. 72 south). Follow Rt. 72 south to Lancaster area. Approximately 2-3 miles from the Rt. 30/Rt. 72 junction, turn right at traffic light onto Dillerville Road. At next light, turn left onto Harrisburg Pike. Franklin & Marshall is 0.5 mile ahead on your right.
From Western Pennsylvania
Take Pennsylvania Turnpike to exit 247/old exit 19 (Harrisburg East). Take first exit to your right immediately out of toll booth to get onto Rt. 283 East. Take Rt. 283 east to Rt. 30 west towards York. Take the first exit for Harrisburg Pike (The Park City Mall will be on right). At the top of the exit ramp, turn left onto Harrisburg Pike. Proceed 1.5 miles through several traffic lights until you reach the overhead pedestrian bridge connecting College Square to the main campus of Franklin & Marshall on your right.
From Philadelphia

Take the New Jersey Turnpike to exit 6 (Pennsylvania Turnpike west). Take the PA Turnpike west to exit 286/old exit 21 (Lancaster/Reading/Rt. 222 south). Take I-83 South to Cold Spring Lane Exit. Go left off of the exit ramp, heading east onto Cold Spring. At the third light, turn right onto Roland Avenue. After about 1/2 mile, bear left at the fork in the road onto University Parkway. Homewood Field is about one mile ahead on the right. The Newton White Athletic Center is located just beyond the home stands on the interior of the campus.
From the South:
Take I-95 North to I-395 (Downtown Baltimore). Exit onto Martin Luther King Boulevard and follow until street narrows to two lanes. Turn left onto Howard Street and follow until the road forks. Bear right at the fork onto Art Museum Drive (the Baltimore Museum of Art will be on your left). Follow Art Museum Drive until it ends at Charles Street. Go left onto Charles Street. At the third light, make a left onto University Parkway. Homewood Field is a block ahead on your left. The Newton White Athletic Center is located just beyond the home stands on the interior of the campus.
From the Northeast:

Take I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) to Exit 19 onto I-795 North (Northwest Expressway), continue to its completion. Follow signs to Westminster via Route 140 West around Westminster, and turn left exiting onto Route 31. Make a left at the first traffic light - onto Main Street. Bair Stadium will be on your left.
From Washington D.C.
From the Washington Beltway (I-495), exit onto I-270 North toward Frederick, then onto Route 27 North towards Damascus (Exit 16). Take Route 27 North to Westminster (approximately 35 miles from Damascus). Turn left at the intersection of Route 27 and Main Street (Route 32) and drive 1/2 mile. Prior to the stop sign at the McDaniel arch, bear right, continuing on Main Street; Bair Stadium will be down Main Street on your right.
From the West
Take I-70 East past Frederick to Mt. Airy, exiting onto Route 27 Mt. Airy/Damascus (Exit 68). Take Route 27 North to Westminster. Turn left at the intersection of Route 27 and Main Street (Route 32) and drive 1/2 mile. Prior to the stop sign at the McDaniel arch, bear right, continuing on Main Street; Bair Stadium will be down Main Street on your right.
From the North
From U.S. 15 at Gettysburg, exit onto Route 97 South. Follow 97 to Route 140 West and exit left onto Route 31. Make a left at the first traffic light - onto Main Street. Bair Stadium will be on your left.
From New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia
Drive I-95 South to Exit 64B (I-695 West/Baltimore Beltway). Continue on I-695 to Exit 19 (Northwest Expressway), continue to its completion. From the South:
Travel north on Rtes 11-15 from Harrisburg. Exit Rtes 11-15 at the Selinsgrove exit (Rte 35). Bear right off the exit ramp and travel approximately one mile. Turn left at the second traffic light onto Pine Street. Travel 1/2-mile--the Susquehanna entrance is on the left. The Garrett Sports Complex is the third building on your left.
From the North:
Travel south on Rte 11 from Danville or Rte 15 from Williamsport. The two routes merge approximately five miles north of Selinsgrove. Continue south on Rtes 11-15, but do not take the 11-15 bypass marked Harrisburg which goes around Selinsgrove. Continue into Selinsgrove and turn right at the third traffic light onto Pine Street. Travel 1/2-mile--the Susquehanna entrance is on the left. The Garrett Sports Complex is the third building on your left.
From the East:
Travel west on I-80 to the Danville Exit (#224 Rte 54). Bear right off the exit ramp and go straight through the traffic light. Travel approximately three miles and turn right at the first traffic light on to Rte 11. Then, follow the "Directions from the North."
From the West:
Travel east on I-80 to the Lewisburg Exit (#210A Rte 15 South). Now, follow the directions "From the North."
OR: Travel north on Rte 522 from Lewistown. After turning right at the traffic light in Middleburg, travel approximately 10 miles. Turn right at the first traffic light (Weis Market on right). Turn right at the first stop sign on to Pine Street. Travel 1/4 mile--the Susquehanna entrance is on the left. The Garrett Sports Complex is the third building on your left.

FROM THE PENNSYLVANIA TURNPIKE
Exit at Valley Forge (#326). Just beyond the tollgates, take the second exit,
follow signs to 422 West/Pottstown. Travel approximately eight miles to the Route 29/
Collegeville exit. At the bottom of the exit ramp turn right onto Route 29 North.
Proceed three miles to the traffic light by McDonald’s. Turn left onto Main Street.
Stay on Main Street past the campus entrance and continue West for three blocks. At the next traffic light, turn right onto 9th Avenue. Drive one block and turn right into the west campus entrance.
FROM PHILADELPHIA
Via Route 76 West (the Schuylkill Expressway), take Exit 328A, follow signs for Route 422 West/Pottstown. Travel eight miles to the Route 29/Collegeville exit. At the bottom of the exit ramp turn right onto Route 29 North. Proceed three miles to the traffic light by McDonald’s. follow I81 to exit 191(I64. Next take exit 55 off I64. Turn left onto Route 11 south at stop sign.
From the West:
Take I64 to exit 55. Turn right onto Route 11 south at the stop sign.
Once on Route 11 south, drive thru three(3) stoplights. After the 3rd light, cross Maury River and bear right onto Route 11 Business which becomes Main St. and then Jefferson St. Pass Virginia Military Institute. W&L appears on your right.
You can park in the university parking deck located at the intersection of Washington St. and Nelson St.

Take exit 45. Turn right onto Walnut Bottom Rd. At the first traffic light, turn left onto Belvedere, which takes you directly to Biddle Field.
From I-81 (from the south)-

I-80 west to I-287 (or Garden State Parkway) south to I-78 west to I-81 south to I-83 south to 581 west. Exit 5B to Rt. 15 south to the Gettysburg Hunterstown Exit. Turn right at the end of the exit ramp. Turn left at the first stop sign onto Business Rt. 15 south. Drive approximately four miles and turn left at the second traffic light onto Carlisle St (Rt. 34). Musselman Stadium is on the west side of campus, and can be reached from Carlisle Street by proceeding down West Lincoln Avenue.
From New England / Eastern Upstate New York
I-84 west to I-81 south to I-83 south to I-283 south to the PA Turnpike west. Take Exit 236 and follow Rt. 15 south to the Gettysburg Hunterstown Exit. Turn right at the end of the exit ramp. From Baltimore
