Important Dates to Remember for the 2012 Season

2012 Player Registration
Player registration events will be held the week of April 16th all over the area. To register your child come to any of the locations below:
- April 17th, 6:00 - 7:30 PM - BFA Fairfax & Fletcher Elementary Schools
- April 18th, 6:00 -7:30 PM - BFA Fairfax Elementary School
- April 19th, 6:00 - 7:30 PM - Enosburg Middle School & Georgia Elementary/MIddle Schools
- April 23rd, 5:30 - 7:00 PM - Cambridge Elementary School

2012 Registration Information
PLEASE SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING WITH YOUR REGISTRATION
- Completed and signed registration form
- Copy of birth certificate
- Proof of Medical Insurance (copy of insurance card)
- Copy of a physical exam, dated within the past two years, stating that the player is cleared to play sports
- Player fee of $80 for grades 5-8; $50 for grades 2-4
- Equipment deposit of $20 (this may be paid on equipment pick up day – TBA)
