Virginia Baseball Club Merrifield

Batting Practice  

• FFX LL coach led for up to 20 players per group
• Majors and Minor Leagues grouped separately
• Saturdays 10am-1pm, January 9 through February 6
• $10/player per one hour session

 6 Week Skills Program   

• Led by 2 VBC instructors for up to 24 players per group
• Hitting, fielding & throwing, plus video analysis of hitting
• Fridays Feb 12 – March 19 
• Minors (AA / AAA)  6-7:30p
• Majors   7:30 – 9p           
• $129 / person                           

What you need to know/bring: 

• Information about signing up coming soon
• No cleats.  Wear tennis shoes, shorts, t-shirts, or sweats.
• Bring bats, helmets, and baseball glove.
• Bring bottled water.  
• Parents can stay to watch.

Two Juniors FFX LL Winter Training Sessions Available

12/18 and 1/22 (Both Fridays) 6-8PM

The cost is $10 / player / night. Please bring cash or checks made out  to VBC.

These sessions are limited to 16 players and are filled on a first come first served basis. A waiting list will be established after 16 players  are signed up.   Click here to sign up.

Baseball Camps

The Virginia Baseball Club (VBC) is a sponsor and substantial partner of Fairfax LL.

VBC Occoquan & Merrifield Indoor Baseball Training Center

Woodson Winter Baseball Camps provide each camper with instruction and repetition designed to better prepare them for their Little League/AAU spring tryouts and season. Woodson’s coaching staff plus several current and former players will work with each camper. Each session will offer a 6:1 (or less) camper to instructor ratio.

Winter Training Camp offers overall skill development & instruction in hitting, bunting, base running, fielding, & throwing mechanics.

Session 1 – 10:00 am - 12:00 pm (Ages 7-10)
Session 2 – 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm (Ages 11-14)

• Chantilly location easily accessible off Rts 50 & 28
• Various sessions available.
