WANTED: Baseball Action Photos for the Fairfax Little League Website
As you attend the last games of the Spring 2009 season, be sure to take your camera because we want your best baseball action photos for the Fairfax Little League Website.

Please refer to the document entitled "WANTED-Baseball Action Photos.doc" at http://groups.google.com/group/fairfax-little-league/files?upload=1 regarding the guidelines for submitting photos for consideration.

The Challenger Division includes kids age 5 to 21 years old that have any special needs that preclude them from participating in a mainstream Little League program.
T-BALL -- Kids age 5 and 6 year olds participate in this instructional league where hitting, throwing, and catching a baseball are taught for the first time. Players hit off a batting tee.
A Minors consists primarily of 6 to 8 year olds who hit a pitched ball from a machine or coach.
AA Minors consists primarily of 8 to 9 year olds who hit a pitched ball by another player. Batting and fielding is emphasized at this level.
AAA Minors consists primarily of 9 to 11 year olds who have not yet attained the experience or skill to participate in the Major League.
The Major League consists of skilled and experienced 10 to 12 year olds. Selection on a Major team is made through the draft system.

Senior Division -- Highly competitive division for 15 and 16 year old young men. The game is played on a 90 foot field, the same as high school and college baseball.
Determining League Age -- **Important** What will be the age of your player on April 30th? This is the "League Age" in determining the division your player is eligible.
Refunds -- A $10.00 charge will apply to all refunds.
