Tournament Timeframes for Planning Purposes
District 10 All Stars Tournament games in the Spring run from mid-June to mid-July depending on the team’s success because all District 10 Tournaments are double elimination. All Stars team members are announced and practices begin two weeks prior to the first scheduled game and may involve a practice or game almost every day of the week while the team is in tournament play.
2009 Tournament start dates were as follows
Special Minors AA/AAA June 15 - June 21 (practices start on or about last week in May)
9-10 Majors/AAA June 24 – July 16 (practices start on or about June 10)
10-11 Majors Players Only June 25 – July 16 (practices start on or about June 10)
11-12 Majors Players Only June 30 – July 23 (practices start on or about June 15)
