Freedom Area Basketball League: Late Registration

Late Registration is granted on a 'space available', 'first come first served' basis.  To be eligible, you must follow the below instruction.  Simply mailing a form to us or speaking to a Commissioner does not grant you a space.  We track each participant we contact and follow the process to completion. There is a $5 fee for each late registration granted.

The deadline to register late is October 7th, 2012 

To request late registration, send an e-mail to our registration address.

The request must include the information shown below.

We will reply with instructions and attach any required documents.

• Player Name (First and Last)
• Player Gender
• Player Grade
• Any additional information you feel is important in processing this request
