Faatimah Li-Shaun Dreher, born March 4, 1995 in Colo Sprgs, CO. Daughter of William and Li-Kesha Dreher, both U.S. Army War Veterans. I am a dedicated and hardworking individual who maintains a good GPA and works hard year round: academically, basketball tournaments, volunteering in my community, one-on-one training sessions, traveling club teams, pickup games, and I practice alone to build speed and agilty for track and field events and to enhance my basketball endurance.
Three year varsity starter and letter winner in basketball and and four year varsity letter winner in track & field. Average 12 ppg, 5 Rbs, 6 Assists, 2 blocks, 3 steals, free throws 70%. I am discribed as a team player, very coachable, and a strong diversed player/runner who can shoot, drive, pass, post, rebound, guard the ball exceptionally well on defense, flexible--plays multiple positions (point, shooting guard & post), and also excels in several T&F Sprinting Events (100m Dash, 200m Dash, 4x100, & 4x200).
In addition to my passion for sports, I am also a loyal and caring person. My college plans are to major in Psychology and to eventually become a Child Psycologist. I volunteer at my high school, tutoring my peers in English and assisting my coaches with CMHS Youth Basketball Camps, etc. In addition to Psychology, I also enjoy writing poems, short stories, and drawing. I plan to continue enhancing my writing skills by minoring in Creative Writing while attending college.
I'm excited and proud to say as a senior this year, I tried my very best to be a good role model and to lead my basketball team as the co-captain of the team. No matter what issues arised, I kept my joy and encouraged myself with my fav quote, "This too shall pass." I am an avid believer in, "What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger." I'm extremely excited about playing basketball in College this fall.
High School Track & Field season just started, so once again, I'm on my grind trying to improve my speed, agilty, and my numbers. I'll keep you informed!
