f2 s2 - Athletic Training & Conditioning Group Presents:
"Register your child/player NOW for the 2012 Arizona Cardinals Indoor Youth Spring Flag Football League" for ages (7 - 12) this spring starting March 24,2012 @ the American Sports Centers Avondale in Avondale, AZ.
The registration period will run from January 1,2012 - march15,2012.
Download registration and player liability forms located in tab in the left column.
*PLEASE DOWNLOAD BOTH FORMS, PRINT THEM, SIGN AND SCAN THEM IN TO YOUR PC TO EMAIL THEM TO ME OR DROP OFF YOUR FORMS AT THE FRONT DESK AT THE AVONDALE SPORTS CENTER. WE WILL COLLECT ALL FEES PRIOR TO THE SEASON STARTING. JUST GET YOUR FORMS IN RIGHT AWAY PLEASE. THANK YOU*
