How All Stars Works EYLLL belongs to Little League of America District 56. Teams are fielded for 4 groups: 9-10 years old, 10-11 years old, Majors (11-12 years old), and Juniors (13-14 years old). The All Star teams play other District 56 teams. All Stars are announced on the first day allowed by Little League of America, typically around the second Friday in June (after the Spring season has ended).
