Band of Brothers (A Story in 2 Parts) by Coach Cazares

Part #1

It is hard to put into words on how a team should play, but the Majors Reds Displayed that tonight. Our # 12 Hitter in the 3rd inning Avery Jones kicked started our offense off with a hard hit to Short Stop. With a perfectly laid bunt by Kyle Chester and hard shot by Tyler Mason that put Avery on 3rd base waiting for the hard hit shot to right field from Dillan Cazares that drove him in. Then Ben Fitch came up and hit a 2 run shot to center field to round out the inning. All aspects of the team were working like they should be. Defense was hot from Adam O’Shea taking command behind the plate to Benny Fitch, and Kyle Chester hunting down all balls hit the outfield. Don’t forget Nick Cruikshank crushing every ball hit to him at second base and Boo Boo knocking down everything hit to him at 1st. It was great to see Kevin Connolly relaxing Dillan on the Bump; this is a great leadership skill that very few display. This Reds Team Played as they ware called on to play like, A Team That went in as the #4 seed and ran down the # 1 Seed for a shot at the Title. This entire team Contributed to these victories and for this I call them the Band of Brothers.  GOOO Reds!!!!!
