Euclid Youth Hockey: Fund Raising

EYHA FUNDRAISING EFFORT 2012

The generous management at Euclid Dunkin Donuts has agreed to assist the Euclid Youth Hockey Association in our 2012-2013 fundraising efforts. Dunkin Donuts is located at 22200 Lakeshore Blvd. The management of this franchise believes in making positive contributions to groups like EYHA that keep community’s strong. Dunkin Donuts has agreed to allow EYHA to sell 1 pound bags of their coffee, with all of the profit per bag going directly to EYHA and EYHA families. The cost to EYHA per bag is $4. The current price per bag at Dunkin Donuts or in the grocery store is $8 per bag.  Profits from the first 10 bags sold  (per family) go directly to EYHA, any additional sales above 10 will earn families $ 4.00 per bag towards their child’s hockey fees.

The generosity of Dunkin Donuts needs to be matched by the hard work and enthusiasm of EYHA families. We are asking every player in EYHA to sell 10 bags (minimum) of coffee. This is an immediate fundraising of $40 per player.

This fundraiser will be easy for all families to manage. Simply pick up an order form in the coaches office or download below. Fill out the order form with the player’s information, the flavor and quantity of each coffee, and the buyer’s information. Collect payment at the time of sale with all checks made out to EYHA. At the end of the fundraiser, all coffee will be dropped off at the rink to be distributed by EYHA families to their individual buyers.

This fundraiser will run from October 2^nd 2012 through Friday November 9^th 2012. Dunkin Donuts has set no limit on how much coffee we can sell, therefore opening up ample opportunity for us to raise funds. See the attached order form for flavor choices.
