What is Panther Tracks…

The Euclid Youth Hockey Association is based upon a fundamental belief that Hockey is for Everyone.  With that principle in mind EYHA has created 2 programs ideally suited for players who are interested in giving the game a try. We have programs to help meet time and budget constraints of the modern family as well as programs for those who are looking to take their game to a higher, more competitive level.  Don’t sit on the bench any longer.  Come join us for the 2009-10 season.

This includes the following programs…

Panther Tracks 1 (Learn to Play Hockey)

An 8 week, multi-session development and introductory level program Panther Tracks (Learn to Play Hockey) offers skating and hockey instruction for our youngest players (3-8 years old.)  As part of the Program we include the use/rental of Euclid Youth Hockey Association equipment including Helmet and face mask, hockey gloves, elbow pads and shin pads.

              Program for…

                            Beginning and New Players aged 3-8 years old

                            Travel players looking to work on fundamentals

              Program Dates (3 sessions)

                            Session A:         September 12^th – November 7^th

                            Session B:         November 14^th – January 16^th

                            Session C:        January 27^th – March 27th

              Program Overview

                            Beginner Hockey, heavy emphasis on skating skills, agility, and fundamentals

                            Age Group Recommended: Birth Years 2000 - 2006 (3 – 9 years of age)

                            Player Level: Beginner (No experience needed)

                            Games: Intersquad & Cross Ice Games, no scorekeeping

                            Practices:                        Wednesday,        6:15 PM - 7:00 PM

                                                                    Saturdays,        12:30 PM – 1:30 PM

                            Panther Tracks 1 Cost:

                                          Initial Session for 2009-10                                   $ 150.00 + $ 35.00 USA Hockey Fee

                                          Returning Sessions                                                             $ 125.00 (per session)

                                          EYHA Travel Team Players                                                $ 100.00 (per session)

Panther Tracks 2 (NEW 2009-10 SEASON)

Available for Beginning and New Players ages 8-15 years old and EYHA  travel players looking to develop a strong foundation of their hockey skills and to learn the game of hockey through an emphasis on fun, hard work , and fundamentals of the game. 

              Program Dates (2 sessions)

                            Blue Session:   October 14^th – December 19^th

                                          Gold Session:  January 9^th – March 27^th

                            Games: Intersquad Full Ice & Cross Ice Games

                            Practices:                        Wednesday, 7:15 PM - 8:15 PM
