NEW AND IMPROVED GAME REPORT FORM

CPYSL
1. Email Ed Griffis the score and the exact wording for any Yellow or Red Cards so I can put it into the CPYSL website game report.
2. After sending your game report info to Ed Griffis please submit the line-up sheets with the game and date clearly listed on them to the CPYSL office either by mail (CPYSL 4075 Lisburn Rd Mechanicsburg 17055), Fax to 717-697-5299, or email scanned copies to infocpysl@comcast.net. These line-up sheets become a valuable tool to target illegal players. Line-up sheets can be submitted every 2 weeks
3. Bad weather Hotline - Call 717-938-4958 after 7am on Sat and 11am on Sunday. If your field is NOT mentioned your game is ON.
4. Beginning FALL 2009 Check all player passes. See the Coach/Referee Guidelines
5. LINE_UP SHEETS
For every game that you work each coach should have a line-up sheet, either printed or hand written. Do not start the game without a line-up sheet from each team. The coach should be able to find a piece of paper and a pencil if needed.
If you receive the normal 3 copies of the line-up, keep the most legible for league records and give one each to the opposing and home teams after you confirm who is actually at the field and playing.
After you send your game report info to Ed Griffis please take the time to fax or send the line-up sheets to the CPYSL league office:

CPYSL requests that teams and their fans are on the same side of the field. (Not like Lanco which wants both teams on the same side of the field and all fans on the other side). CPYSL wants this enforced - see guideline link.

Note: CPYSL has an automated referee assigning and game report module which requires the referee in their database (Ed Griffis) to login and do the report. It is best that I do all the input. This enables me to monitor the games and ensure that reports are done and on time. THIS IS IMPORTANT to your getting future CPYSL games.

YORK USA
U8 play 8 minute quarters - Pay $24 No Game Reports.
U10 play 10 minute quarters - Pay $24 No Game Reports.
Pay for U12 and up regular EPYSA rates. These DO have game reports.
York USA uses ARs for U12 games.
York USA has a travelling game card for each team (like Lanco and CPYSL) that must be filled out after each game and given back to each coach. (U12 and up I believe).
Gladfelter Field is off Columbia Pike just as you get near Columbia city coming in on Columbia Avenue from Lancaster. (Get off ROute 30 at the Prospect Rd exit, turn south to Columbia Avenue - Rt 462. Turn right (West) to Columbia. Gladfelter field is on the right just past the old Grinell Factory just before the City of Columbia.
