BAD WEATHER - CANCELLATIONS
CPYSL- you can call the CPYSL referee hotline 717-938-4958 and if your field is listed the game is cancelled. Otherwise it is ON. Coaches can cancel up to 2.5 hours before the game so call within 2.5 hours of your game to be sure. Please DO NOT CALL before 6:30 AM on Saturday or 11:00AM on Sunday as the message will not be updated for sure until then.
EPASL- On the Game Report tab you can find a schedule of Contacts to call for EPASL games. Feel free to call the contacts for each team if you wish. They do not always call me and I may not be able to return your call. The teams have until 9am Sat or Sun to cancel for weather. If they do the league organizer will call Ed Griffis and I will call and/or email you. Again feel free to call the team contacts.
