BANQUET INFORMATIONI want to thank all parents and family members for supporting our football program. I am proud to be apart of the East Wash football program. We will have an end of the year banquet on Sunday, November 29, 2009 at the Alpine Bowling Alley from noon to
6:00 pm. The banquet is to recognize our players, coaches and cheerleaders for a great 2009 football season.
v Starting at noon, bowling will be for East Wash football players and cheerleaders only. Parents/family members can gather in the banquet area to socialize until the banquet starts. Banquet will start at approximately 2:30pm.
v There is no cost for the players, coaches, advisors and cheerleaders.
v The cost this year will be $10.00. This is the cost for everyone, including children. Each player will receive 3 tickets for the banquet. Each ticket is $10.00. You must have your ticket and RSVP in order to attend. MONEY DUE no later than November 16th contact Nikki Wells at 724-413-3226.
v We would appreciate donations for the Chinese auction and any other donations. Please contact me, if you have any ideas or questions.
v In an effort to show our appreciation to all of the coaches we are asking that you donate $5 for each player you have. This money will be used to purchase gifts for the coaches. – Erin Moore will collect the money for the – 2nd and 3rd grade team. Amy Swart will collect the money for the – 4th and 5th grade team, and Nikki Wells will collect the money for the 6th and 7th grade team.
Congratulations to the East Wash 4th and 5th Grade football team for playing a great game against Trinity East!!
