* 2007/2008 RATES... U12 $500. U13 &14- $600. U15-U17- $700. U16-U18 Open teams will be going to MEQ in Indy – $850.

If a player is selection for the qualifing team to continue playing in April/May, an additional  fee will be added.

EVRC is a non-profit corporation. A fee is charged to cover expenses incurred with operating the club. Open Team Participants must remember that going to a major end-of-the-season event such as the USA-JO Championships or the AAU Championships will add a substantial charge. (approx $8-900.)

        
Payments for teams are due as follows:               
November 4th- Tryout/Camp Fee    $50 or $25
December 2nd- Refundable Deposit $100**      
December 2nd- Regular Season fees due* (if installments are need, please see a board member)               
   


A LATE FEE OF $25 WILL BE APPLIED AND PLAYER COULD LOSE PRACTICE AND/OR GAME TIME IF PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS NOT MADE.                                 

**Deposit cover equipment (uniform tops, etc) and requirement for team responsibilities (tournament refs, unexcused practices or tournaments, etc)
                
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to insure that all membership fee payments are received on or before due dates. Fees must be paid on a timely basis in order for the club to operate.

Unpaid fees will result in a player being withheld from participation in tournaments and practices. All fees submitted should be in form of a check or money order made payable to EVRC Volleyball and mailed to: EVRC VOLLEYBALL, PO BOX 4466, EVANSVILLE IN 47724

*Please do NOT give money to coaches as their job is to coach.

**ALWAYS REMEMBER TO WRITE PLAYERS NAME ON CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS**
A $50.00 fee is charged for returned checks

Items included in Fee:

* USA Registration: Hoosier Region registration.
* Use of Uniform Shirts: Two numbered uniforms.
* Entry Fees: Teams that choose to go to more tournaments than their budgets allow will have an added charge.
* Coaches: To insure quality coaching, our coaches are paid. This payment is minimal compared to the time and commitment of our coaches for a three to six-month season.
* Administration Expenses: Telephone, postage, accounting, printing, and other general office expenses.
* Practice Facilities and Equipment: Each player has a built-in allocation for a share of our expenses for renting practice facilities, balls, and other necessary equipment.

What is Not Covered?

* Transportation: Travel to tournaments is not covered in fees. We encourage ride sharing for tournaments and practices.
* Meals: There are always concession stands, and of course, restaurants near-by. You can also pack a cooler with food and drinks for the whole day. Most all facilities allow you to have a cooler in your car.
* Rooms: For the overnight tournaments it is best to try to double up with team members and their parents to cut expenses.

PLEASE NOTE: Any member leaving the club due to dismissal or their election to leave will not receive a refund of their membership fee.
