The Pride organization is dedicated to unlocking the potential of our players, both as athletes and as young women.  

      Our Mission is simple;

~As an organization we strive to; 

• Emphasize individual accountability, attitude, effort, respect, sportsmanship, and academic achievement.
• Develop sound fundamental skills in each player through positive, individualized instruction.
• Maintain an ethical, moral and fun learning environment.
• Develop a solid working knowledge of the game within our players.
• Understand and strive to meet the expectations of each player and parent.
• Develop a highly competitive softball team with players that exemplify the meaning of selflessness and teamwork.

~As a member of the Pride, our players will learn important life lessons through the game of softball. Such as;

• Building self confidence through goal setting, perseverance and achievement.
• Learning the importance of commitment through responsibility, effort, and discipline.
• Understanding the importance of academic excellence as it relates to success in sports and in life.
