The Training
The training offered each team are the same whether they are eight or eighteen. The difference is in the details of the game that are taught. With a common approach, another advantage is when teams work together, there is leadership skills gained by the older kids through mentoring and the younger kids always enjoy working with the “big” kids and work much harder than when asked to perform by adults. There are extra training opportunities available. There are private lessons available for whatever skill is needed, players are encouraged to attend other team’s practices, and the facility is available for individual workouts. Leagues and Tournaments provide equal opportunities for the players to execute what they have been practicing inside the training facility.
