Football equipment pick up will be held on:
Tuesday July 21, 2009 from 6:00pm till 8:00pm
for the Junior and Widget Levels
Wednesday July 22, 2009 from 6:00pm till 8:00pm
for the Pee Wee and Super Pee Wee
Saturday July 25, 2009 from 9:00am till Noon
for all levels and to make any adjustments
Location: 4644 W. 92nd Street, Oak Lawn (in the Demco Products fenced lot, on north side of the street). The easiest way to get there is by entering 92nd Street from Cicero Avenue, or by taking Southwest Highway to Kenton to 92nd Street.
Please bring the following to equipment pick-up:
1. $100 deposit check, payable to EP Stallions, post-dated to November 1, 2009. This check will be returned to you when you return the football equipment.
2. Each returning player who plans to wear his jersey from last year must bring it for inspection. If we determine that you need to order a new jersey, the fee is $50 and must be paid that day.
If you are unable to attend on the date reserved for your child's division, please come on either of the other dates. If you have more than one player, you can bring them all on the same pick-up date regardless of division. .
