 REGISTRATION NEWS

There are still openings at all football & cheerleading levels -

EXCEPT FOR JUNIOR CHEER!!

As of 7/1/09 the Junior Cheer squad is closed to any new particpants!

            This year there are 4 registration forms:

·      Football Registration Form 2009 Season

·      MetroYouth League Permission/Release Form

·      YouthCode of Conduct form

·      ParentCode of Conduct form

            Simply complete and print the forms. Sign all forms, and have your child sign the Metro League form and the Youth Code of Conduct & BRING THEM WITH YOU TO THE REGISTRATION.
