YES! We are still holding tryouts on Feb 11th. The rain will not stop us!
Tryouts are fast approaching! Hopefully you have been able to take advantage of the great weather and get outside to practice your swing. Check the calendar for the times that you or your player needs to be at the fields for tryouts. Remember, you can tryout on either Feb. 11th or Feb. 18th.
It is not too late to register! If you missed our registration days you can register at tryouts. Come to the fields at least 30 minutes before your player's designated tryout time with your three proofs of residency and their actual birth certificate (not a copy). For detailed information on what you need to bring please read the article below.

Monday, February 6
District 4 will conduct a district-wide Little League rules clinic on Saturday, March 3, from 9am ‘til 1pm. Ending time may flex depending on attendee questions and flow of discussion. Location is King’s Way Christian School gymnasium at 3300 NE 78th St, Vancouver. It is immediately west of the new home of D6’s Salmon Cr Little League – Luke Jensen Sports Park. No pre-registration is required. There is no fee. The clinic is open to all team managers and coaches, league officials, umpires, parents, players, and others who support the Little League program. Both baseball and softball rules will be covered. One item of emphasis this year will be “big” diamond baseball pitching regulations and rules (Jr/Sr/Big League, balks).
While this is not a mandatory meeting, it is HIGHLY recommended.

Registration for the 2012 Season has begun. You can currently sign-up online by following the Register Now! button on the home page, or you can come to Pied Piper Pizza on Tuesdays from 6 to 8 pm and Saturdays from 12 to 3 pm durning January.
Along with an actual birth certificate (no copies) three (3) proofs of residency that are dated on or before February 1, 2012 will be required.
Residence shall be established and supported by documents from THREE OR MORE of the following categories to determine residence of such parent(s) or guardian:
1. Driver’s License
2. Voter’s Registration
3. School records
4. Welfare/child care records
5. Federal records
6. State records
7. Local (municipal) records
8. Support payment records
9. Homeowner or tenant records
10. Utility bills (i.e. gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal)
11. Financial (loan, credit, investments, etc.) records
12. Insurance documents
13. Medical records
14. Military records
15. Internet, cable or satellite records
16. Vehicle records
17. Employment records

We are currently looking for a willing volunteer to fill the position of Uniform Coordinator for the upcoming 2012 season. This is a very important position that needs to be filled as soon as possible to ensure that our players are properly dressed. Online registration for the 2012 season is now open. Click on the "Register Now" button on the home page to register. Proof of residency and a valid birth certificate will need to be provided prior to try-outs.
