Hello and welcome to 2009, another exciting year in
Vanderburgh County Babe Ruth Baseball!

We would like this season to be successful and competitive ! Our goals at Babe Ruth are to build a great reputation by developing individuals with higher goals and expectations. By developing young minds, a strong heart, and high spirits, we can achieve success both on and off the field. 

VANDERBURGH COUNTY BABE RUTH TO HOST U15 DISTRICT TOURNAMENT

Vanderburgh County Babe Ruth will host the U15 District tournament.  This tournament will begin on Friday, July 10th.   This marks the third strait year that the Vanderburgh County Babe Ruth program has hosted either a district or state tournament. 

VANDERBURGH COUNTY VIKINGS BABE RUTH U15 TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE 

Here is the Vanderburgh County Vikings Babe Ruth U15 tournament schedule.  Owensboro Tournament will be June 12-14.  All games will be played at Kentucky Wesleyan University or Daviess County High School.  Go to My Site News for the complete updated schedule.  July 3-5 is the Murray Ky. tournament.  Friday @ 8:30 pm vs Marshall Co.  Saturday @ 2:00 pm vs Franklin Vipers.  Saturday @ 4:00 pm vs SI Bullets.  Sunday schedule is TBD.  July 10-13 Babe Ruth District tournament.  All games will be played at our Wesselman Park field.  The Vikings first game is Saturday, July 11th @ 10:00 am vs Tell City.  Go to My Site News section for all of the game results.  South Gibson wins District 7 Tournament.  Vanderburgh County finishes second.  South Gibson, Vanderburgh County and Princeton all advance to the SW state tourament.

VANDERBURGH COUNTY SHOCKERS BABE RUTH 16-18 SW STATE TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE 

The Vanderburgh County Shockers Babe Ruth 16-18 baseball team will play in the Babe Ruth SW State tournament beginning Friday, July 17th.  All games will be played at North High School's baseball field in McCutchanville.  Friday game time is 5:30 pm against the Gamecocks.  Shockers next game is Saturday at 11:00 am. 

VANDERBURGH COUNTY BABE RUTH U14 DISTRICT TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE 

Here is the Vanderburgh County Babe Ruth U14 tournament schedule.  July 9-13 Babe Ruth District tournament at Tell City.  The U14 team is scheduled to play its first game on Thursday, July 9th.  The rest of the schedule is TBA.
