Snacks for Nov 26 and Nov 29
ATTENTION BASKETBALL PARENTS: The Coaches have asked that we, the parents and booster club, make "snack sacks" for the players for the next 2 away games.
There are two games the week of the 26th. One is in Russellville and one is at Sacred Heart. They have secured a chartered bus to transport the players to and from both games.
- First, please let me know via email if your child has any allergies that keep them being able to snack on granola bars or fruit on the way to the game.
- Secondly, we are going to buy everything in bulk and ask that each parent contribute $4 towards this project. You can bring your money (preferrably cash with a note identifying which child it is for) to the games MONDAY, the 19th so we can follow up to collect any missing funds and buy the food/drinks. Money should be given to Carrie Sewell (at the concession stand) and she will have a list to keep up with payments, etc.
- After the away games, they will be picking up Wendy's (2 chicken sandwiches, fries and water for each kid) and the cost is $5 each for that as well for each game night. That money should be sent with your child that day. Coach will order at half time so it will be ready to pick up when they leave town after the game. More information will be forthcoming regarding Wendy's.
Thank you all so much for supporting our players and teams. Remember, if you haven't joined the booster club, we REALLY need your help and ideas to make this a GREAT sports program!! eSTEM ROCKS!! Go METS!! It only costs $10 to join!!

Home Game tonight
Both 8th Grade teams are back in action tonight at home against Lighthouse. The 7th Grade Girls kick off there season tonight at home against Lighthouse as well. The 9th Grade boys will be playing tonight after our games. Lets all come out and support the Estem Mets. Also still have a few slots for concession stand and gate that need to be filled for tonight.

Practice Time Changes for the Boys
There is another change in the practice schedule for this week, the 7th graders will not practice tomorrow (10/24). Since we have a game on Friday this week and a game on Monday I will be opening up the gym and having practice on Sunday from 3pm- 5pm 8th grade only. Next week the 8th graders will practice (Wednesday 10/31) from 4:30-5:30 pm and the 7th graders will practice from 5:45-7pm.

Directions to UALR Field House
The field house is located behind the student center, the best way to get to the field house and park is at the parking garage or lot off of fair park. To park in the parking lot you will need to have a UALR ID, but the parking garage is open for everyone. I do not believe that they charge to park due to it being after school hours but if they do then it will be $2.00 only.
