Registration for the 2010 Spring Season is now open!

date, your child will be placed on a waiting list. (Download

There are 3 ways to register.

REGISTER ONLINE
Click on the "Register Now" button above to register online.
Please note that after completing the online registration, you will need to submit the required forms (see below) to complete the registration process. You can mail them to the address below or attend one of the walk-in registration events.
REQUIRED FORMS
- Medical Release Form
- Proof of Residency (please provide copy of utility or tax bill)
- Uniform / Snack Bar Deposit ($100 check, per player - made payable to ESLL)
- Birth Certificate (new players must provide a copy of a birth certificate)

REGISTER BY MAIL
- Download the registration forms below and fill out completely.
- Provide copies of the following:
- Proof of residency: Please provide a copy of a utility or tax bill - required
- Birth Certificate: New players must provide a copy of a birth certificate
- Enclose two (2) checks, both made payable to "ESLL" for registration fee (see table below) and uniform/snack bar deposit.

All players are required to pay an additional $30 at time of
registration as a fundraiser buy-out. Player can recover the cost by
selling their allotment of raffle tickets.
