Registration for the 2010 Spring Season is now open!

The registration link below is for ESLL BASEBALL ONLY.  Please visit www.elsegundogirlssoftball.com for softball registration.

 

Click on the Registration Link to get started! FINAL registration deadline is Wednesday, January 6, 2010. After this date, your child will be placed on a waiting list. (Download registration pamphlet and flyer.)

There are 3 ways to register.

2. Register by Mail
3. Register in Person

• Medical Release Form
• Proof of Residency (please provide copy of utility or tax bill)
• Uniform / Snack Bar Deposit ($100 check, per player - made payable to ESLL)
• Birth Certificate (new players must provide a copy of a birth certificate)

REGISTER BY MAIL

1. Download the registration forms below and fill out completely.
   • Player Registration Form - required
   • Medical Release - required
   • Snack Bar / Uniform Policy - required
   • Youth Sports Parent Code of Conduct - required
   • Volunteer Application - required is volunteering for any position
     
2. Provide copies of the following:
   • Proof of residency: Please provide a copy of a utility or tax bill - required
   • Birth Certificate: New players must provide a copy of a birth certificate
3. Enclose two (2) checks, both made payable to "ESLL" for registration fee (see table below) and uniform/snack bar deposit.

Attend one of the Walk-in Registration (times and locations below). Blank registration forms will be available at all walk-in registration events.

+	All players are required to pay an additional $30 at time of registration as a fundraiser buy-out. Player can recover the cost by selling their allotment of raffle tickets.
*	Uniform/Snack Bar Deposit checks will be destroyed if you snack bar duties are fulfilled and the child's uniform is returned. No refunds will be given once team selections are made.
