REGISTRATION DATES AND INFORMATION 2011

REGISTRATION WILL BE HELD AT THE CIVIC CENTER ON: MARCH 7TH, 8TH AND 9TH FROM 4-7

ANY NEW PLAYERS MUST BRING A COPY OF THEIR BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

If you know that you will need a waiver please download a waiver sheet from the  

forms/download page on this site and fill it out and bring it with you.

 

Player evaluation will be held at a later date to be determined.
