My coaching philosophy is very simple, make your player a better person and a better player. You do this by creating a practice environment where they feel comfortable, happy and have fun while they are learning the game.

Playing Credentials.
I participated as a member of the Canadian Youth National program and
Provincial programs. Participated as a scholarship athlete at Penn State
University for 4 years and served as a team captain my senior year.
Coaching Credentials.
Earned Provincial B License in 2002, and previously earned NCCP I & II
Theory levels. This past year I served as the Peel Halton Regional Coach
for the Under 13 girls. Recently 13 players from that team were selected
to the final Provincial pool of players. This upcoming year I will serve
as the Boys Regional coach for Peel Halton. Coaching in Erin Mills since
1998 with the 1987 Girls a team which earned the club's 2nd Ontario Cup and
first National Championship in 2001.
Over the past 5 years I have worked as an instructor on of various soccer
instruction groups. I have also conducted many specialized team camps in
clinics and served as a guest instructor for many teams and clubs throughout
the Peel Halton region.
Team clinics are often conducted during team practice times indoors or
outdoors or over the course of a full weekend. Sessions consist of a team
warm up and stretch combined with speed and agility work, followed by some
individual ball and skill work. Session will also include a team passing or
shooting exercise, ending with small sided game to emphasize individual
skills and team play.
