REP COACH AND MANAGER MONTHLY MEETINGS FOR 2005-2006

As part of the Club's responsibility to our teams we conduct monthly meetings for Rep Head Coaches from October through March.

The Coaches meetings focus on issues relevant to the role of the Team Head Coach in their "CEO" role within the team and to their role as the skill development provider to their athletes. Some additional meetings on a playing field may be scheduled as facilities become available.

The Managers meetings focus on the critical role each manager plays in supporting the Team Head Coach, as well as the many intricacies involved in the business side of the team.
Issues such as member registration, finance, fundraising and the management of personalities are some of the many topics to be covered.

Critical issues relating to both groups will include Harassment training, the City's Zero Tolerance Policy, the "Rules of the Game" presented by the Head Referee, special guests including off-season training specialists, equipment, dealing with difficult people, etc.

All meetings are mandatory for Team Head Coaches and a representative from each team should attend all Manager's meetings (preferably the designated Manager)


Coaches - Nov 7, Dec 7, Jan 17, Feb 15, Mar 14 - all meetings from 7 pm sharp to 10 pm.

Managers -Dec 8, Jan 19, Feb 13, March 16 - all meetings from 7 pm sharp to 9 pm approx.

All meetings at the Hilton Gardens Inn on South Sheridan Way, west of Winston Churchill Boulevard.
