Age Group is determined by a child’s age as of April 30th.A $50.00 Deposit will hold a spot for Registration.
The Early Discount Fee of $25.00 will be applied to all Accounts which have paid the Registration Fee in full by February 15th after which the Early Discount Fee will not apply. Support Fees may be paid at the time of registration or any time prior to March 15th and refunded once a parent or guardian has completed 5 hours of Concession Duty. Coaches and Team Moms Support Fees are refunded at the end of the season. Any Support Fee may be rolled over to the next Season or Sports Program at East.Raffle Fees may be paid at the time of registration or any time prior to March 15th. Raffle Tickets will be distributed the week of March 15th; these are 30 - $2.00 Tickets and once sold the funds are kept by the parent or guardian to help offset registration fees.
Special notes about Registration, Fees, Raffle Tickets, Participation and Refunds;
1) Registration is quick and easy on-line at www.countyline09.com
2) Returning participants need only to Login, your information is stored on-line3) New participants will need to click on Register (First Time User)
4) In either case it only takes a few minutes and your done
5) All Fees, Registration, Support and Raffle must be paid by March 15th
6) No child will be allowed to participate in practices and/or games with open balances after March 15th.7) $50.00 paid either towards Registration, Support, Raffle, or as a Deposit is Non-Refundable.
8) Registration Fees, Support Fees and Raffle Fees are Non-Refundable after March 15th.9) 10% of the Raffle Fee cost will be deposited into the Team Account for Team use.
10) No Raffle Tickets will be distributed to anyone with an open balance.
11) The Support Fee Refund cutoff date is May 31st, no Support Fee will be refunded after this date.
