Hosted jointly by the Gloucester Cumberland Basketball Association and the Barrhaven Girls Basketball Association, issues discussed ranged from "Player Transfer Rule" to facilities. John Scobie from Basketball Canada and Tom O'Nell from the Ontario Trillium foundation were among the guest speakers.
