The proposed agenda for the meeting is as follows:
· Roll call
· Voting member of each of the clubs identified
· President’s report
· Convener’s Report
· Treasurer’s report
· Discussion of any proposed amendments to EOBA By-Laws
· Review of any proposed amendments to EOBA Rules
· Open Forum Feedback from member clubs on this past season
· Clarify voting of new board rules and identify those interested in being on next board
· Dissolve current board
· Vote in a new board
