PRACTICE DATES & TIMES WILL BE ANNOUNCED IN APRIL ============================================ 2012 SUMMER SHOWCASE TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONS 2012 BEACH LAX TOURNAMENT FINALISTS 2012 Nations Capitol Cup Division Champions 2012 Star Spangled Banner Division Runner Up The Energy Lacrosse Club Lady Purple Eagles are a 2015 aged tournament level team composed of lacrosse players who demonstrate great promise, who desire to improve their playing skills and techniques, and who most importantly are passionate about the sport of lacrosse. The Clubs goals are to strive to develop character, build confidence, and increase the self-esteem of its members through a competitive team environment. In 2013, the club has established the goal of taking the girls to the next level of lacrosse as they enter the prime recruiting years. 2013 will see a schedule that will encompass seven major summer tournaments and two fall tournaments in addition to practices. The tournaments that the club is targeting are those that will allow us to compete at the highest level of club lacrosse on the east coast, while gaining maximum exposure to college coaches.The coaching staff for 2013 will include head coach Mike Donnelly and assistant coaches Gary Lemanski and Jodie Newman. The team would ideally like to carry a roster of up to 20 field players for 2013. All fees collected go towards covering tournament fees and other associated operating costs of the team.
