Little League - Baseball Game Pitch Log
This is your game pitch log for you Managers and Coaches. I recommend you make enough copies for each of your games. You can easily track both sides pitchers on one form.
Little League - Baseball Pitcher Eligibility Tracking Form
This is the form you must have on hand for every game. Before each game the Manager/Coach /Scorekeeper will need to know who is eligible and how many pitches those pitchers can throw in the current game. If your opposing manager does not have this form you can still play under protest. You must tell the umpire you are playing under protest and why before the game starts. It will be noted in the HOME book. The protest committee will review the books for both sides and make a ruling.
