FINAL REFUND NOTICE 

As per league counsel, we have been advised to post a “Final Refund Notice” on our website regarding the 2006 Harley Raffle.  See full details below regarding this matter.  

FINAL REFUND DEADLINE:           DECEMBER 31, 2010  

To obtain a refund please provide the following information to any board member.  Upon review & verification of your information, you will receive a refund in FULL.  Please note that the verification process may take 10 – 14 days, which ultimately protects you as patron & our organization from fraud attempts.  We want to thank you for your initial patronage. 

Information Needed:             

Name, phone number & ticket number(s) along w/current address

Thank you to all patrons that have still chosen to make a monetary donation to our organization.  All funds that are donated will go towards the improvements of our parking lots, entry ways & the fencing in of our fields (to help end the vandalism).                        THANK YOU!!
