COLD SPRING--The Elrosa Saints forced a third and deciding game Sunday afternoon in Elrosa with a 13-5 victory over Spring Hill but it was the Chargers who came out on top 7-3 Monday night in Cold Spring in an elimination game. Jon Olmscheid hit a home run to lead off the game for the Saints but the Chargers answered with 7 unanswered runs off of Saints starter Aaron Vogt. Spring Hill starter Aaron Welle went the distance on the mound for the Chargers picking up the victory. Shawn Schoenberg added a two run home run to aid the Chargers as they took back "The Keg" and beat the Saints for the 4th time this summer. The loss ended the Saints season.
