DUSTIN RACKS UP TWO HITS IN THE LOSS
RED WING-The Elrosa Saints' memorable season came to end at the state tournament as they ran into a tough Hampton squad Thursday night in Red Wing. The Saints could only muster four hits off of Randolph starter Cole Theilbar as Elrosa was shut out 2-0. Dustin Breitbach collected two solid singles as Pat Illies and Nathan Terres picked up the other two hits. Aaron Vogt took the loss on the mound for the Saints, he was releived by Schawn Schoenberg and Ethan Vogt. The Saints finish the summer with a record of 18-7 including their first trip back to state since 2003 and the Stearns County League North Regular Season Championship. The Saints would like to thank all of their fans for their great support throughout the season!!
